Merry Christmas!

6th Anniversary

Dustin and I celebrated our 6th Anniversary on the 18th. We went to the Logan Temple and did sealings. It was so neat to be sitting across the alter from him again and hear those words we did 6 years ago that day. While we were waiting to do the sealings we noticed that our sealing room, #8 was open and no one was in there so they let us go and sit in there together for awhile. It was really neat to be in the same room again, just the two of us.
After the Temple we went and had dinner at the Olive Garden. It was super yummy. It was a great day for both of us. We had a lot of fun together.

I love you Dustin and forever will. I am so glad you are my husband forever and ever.

The Jumparoo, a must have for babies

Rylin loves this thing. She will spend an hour or two just playing in it. Macie loves to stand be her and play with her or watch her bounce. A lot of times now when you hold Rylin she tries to jump on your lap like she does in the jumparoo.

My little minor surgery

Sometime in the last year I had this growth on my chest and at first I just thought it was a zit but it never went away. I asked my gynocologist about it back in June and he thought it was an issue and would just go away but said I could go to a dermotologist because they would know better. Well I just kept on putting it off for a long time. Then around October it just started growing more So I made an appointment and luckily they got me in quickly and the lady said it was a cyst and they set me up on their surgery day at the end of November to get it removed. At that point I was fine to wait. I was really nervous that something was wrong because it was growing so much and I have kept putting it off, but it didn't hurt. Just a few days later it started growing more and became quite painful and red. I called the doctor's office and let them know what was going on and told them I couldn't wait till then to get it removed. They got me in the next Monday and Dr. Young told me it was a cyst and that most likely it was not in any danger of having cancer in it but they would still test it. I got numbed up real well and he went to work. He said it was most likely hurting me because at some point it had ruptured and there was a bunch of scar tissue around there. I have stitches down deep that will take about 3 months to go away and stitches on top that they removed a week later. I saw the main part that they cut out and sent in to be tested. It was about the size of a gobstopper or bigger. I am so glad to have it out.
After the stitches were taken out.

This is about a week after the stitches were put in. It already looked so much better.

Thanksgiving 2009

For Thanksgiving this year we went to Grandpa and Grandma Liechty's. All the family was there except for Carrie and her fam. I was late to dinner because I wanted to ride my bike to my parents house from my house in Hyrum. It was a very nice ride and a great workout. Thanksgiving was so yummy and fun. We ate dinner and pie later and played games on the Wii. One of my favorite thanksgiving foods is saurkraut. I absolutely love it when it is made right.

I call these two my twins a lot. I think Rylin and Dustin look so much alike.
Here is my beautiful Rylin. She is such a happy baby. She makes me so happy.

Me and my girls. Macie did not want a picture.

This was Rylin's first Thanksgiving. Her meal was milk and butternut squash. Yummy!

Halloween 2009

Here are the cousins dressed up. Trying to get a picture with everyone looking and smiling is not an easy task. In fact often mission impossible.

This was Rylin's first Halloween. She just wore a Halloween shirt. We will dress up next year.
We did lots of fun things at the party like having a toilet paper fight and playing with it everywhere. A few of us got wrapped up in toilet paper.
There was also balloons for the kids to play with and try to sit on and pop. Macie didn't quite like it at first. In fact she sat most of the time with her ears plugged. But as you can see she warmed up to it. David was all for popping as many balloons as he possibly could.

Here are my two beautiful girls. They really like each other a lot.

Part of the party was being able to dress Grandpa Liechty up as a mummy. They had a really good time with that, especially Matt.

Brave grandma also let the kids draw on her face. Brooklyn went and colored on everyone's faces. Matt I think had the most fun, he made mom look like a devil with green horns on her forehead. Macie didn't know what to do.

Rylin went on her first 4 -wheeler ride that day around the field at the G-ma and G-pa Liechthys. She quite liked it. She's got to in this family.

Macie looked so pretty as a princess. When we got to the party she was afraid everyone would make fun of her. They just told her how pretty she looked. She got to have her hair done up and make - up on and a pretty sleeping beauty dress. What a pretty girl!

Macie is very into princess things right now.

We had a really fun Halloween this year. On Halloween we had a party at Grandma and Grandpa Liechty's house. We carved pumpkins, had homemade rootbeer, had a very yummy meal, rode the 4-wheelers,and we went trick or treating together. Matt and his family was there as well as Jon and his family. The cousins had a blast.
