New years 2009

On New Year's Eve, we had a party at our house with friends. The little kids all ate at Macie's table. Macie was so happy. She loves to play with other kids. They had a blast that night. Her four-wheeler was a hit! In the picture to the right is Macie and Kaitlin Jensen on the left and Braden Jensen and Alexis Baker on the right. We all had a very fun night.

Macie loves to play with her cousins. She is so excited whenever Brookelyn or David is coming over to Grandmas house. I love it too because then she is entertained. She loves to play hide and seek. Lately when she asks Brooke to play she doesn't want to and Macie gets so upset. Brooke asks for Macie a lot too. I am very glad they are close in age and like to play together.

We had a very fun New Years Day. We started out by sledding behind the four-wheelers in my parents field with my brother Jon and my nephew David. Later on we went down to Spring Creek and rode my niece Brookelyn's new play 4-wheeler and David's new bike in the gym. Now Macie thinks that is what I do when I go to work is play with 4-wheelers in the gym. We also played some basketball. Later we went out to eat with Dustin's family. Macie was so tired that she fell asleep as the restaurant. Her head started bobbing and then I held her and she was out within seconds. She doesn't like to take naps anymore but she never makes it through a day without crashing before bedtime still.
